CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is the most commonly recommended treatment for a range of mental health issues. Not only mental health conditions, CBT is also helpful in bringing desired changes in life. It does so by monitoring our thoughts (cognition), feelings and actions, and by teaching us to develop more helpful coping mechanisms.
