Every session is for 50 minutes.
There is no need for a referral.
It changes according to the condition and person. But CBT is time-limited. In some cases, 6 sessions may be enough. In some they may go up to 10 or 12.
Not at all. It is just a chat. You don’t have to prepare or rehearse. You can disclose as little or as much as you choose. Just being there is enough.

Remote therapy is offered through Zoom, Skype, or Facetime. It is very effective and most of the organizations including NHS are working remotely due to the restrictions.
